Additional Information
Former San Diego (including Temecula) residents must have permanent residence established outside of SD county (including Temecula) for a minimum of 1y.
Must not be working in SD for 1 year in order to apply as a traveler.
Required Skills/Experience:
- At least three year recent RN experience working in RN role.
- At least two year recent RN experience working in an specialty area.
Required Credentials:
- Clinicians must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a California Registered Nurse (RN) license from the CA Board of Registered Nursing.
Special Requests:
- If worked at Sharp for 0-6 months must wait at least 6 months before returning.
- If worked at Sharp for 6-12 months must wait at least 12 months before returning.
Unit Details:
- Coordinates and integrates patient care with the healthcare team and ancillary staff, including follow-through on referrals and participation in patient care conferences.
- Provides individualized patient and family education and advocacy.
- Collaborates with additional resources in the management of complex, new/unusual, or other high-risk clinical situations.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend required.
