    Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Required Skills/Experience: IABP, CRRT, and fresh OHS from the OR experience required.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Impella experience desired.

    Required Credentials: You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding; minimum score 80% within two attempts.

    Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Cannot be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity, within the past year. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Travel duos must have their own vehicles and will not have the same schedule.

    Unit Details: Ratios 1:2, or 1:1 based on acuity. Common diagnoses/types of patients: AMI, CAD, PVD. RNs titrate drips including Dex, Propofol, Dop, Neo, Epi, Levo, Insulin, and Cardene. Equipment used on the unit includes IABP, CRRT, vents, BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, and HiFlow. In-room monitors only - Nihon Khoden; RNs read strips.

    Shift & Scheduling: Will be required to work 2 weekend shifts per pay period (two weeks), this is not every other weekend. It could be every Friday night or every Saturday night depending on the needs of the unit. At times every other weekend may be possible at the discretion of nursing leadership. Holidays as required. On-call or standby required per contract, max 3 per 12 weeks.

    Floating Requirements: First to float. Float to ICU, PCU, MS/Tele across both campuses as needed based on department skill needs.

    Details:

    • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
