Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.
Required Skills/Experience: Strong experience in telemetry, stepdown/surgical, thoracic, and vascular stepdown required. LVAD competency. Strong open-heart background.
Required Credentials: ASN Required. CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours. Telemetry.
Preferred Credentials: BSN Preferred.
Unit Details: Balloon pump, CCRT, ECMO devices, cardiac outputs, SWAN, chest tubes, post-cardiac surgery patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. Every Third Weekend Required. No Holidays Required. No On-Call Requirement.
Floating Requirements: Float to other ICUs within the facility.
