    Additional Details:

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • 2 years of CVPICU or PICU experience required in a pediatric hospital.
    • Must have experience from a 30 bed or greater PICU.

    Unit Details:

    • Neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient population.
    • Congenital heart disease; pre- and post-surgical cardiac patients; heart failure; heart and lung transplants; pulmonary hypertension.
    • ECMO (travelers will not be responsible for running the ECMO circuit), mechanical support/VADs, CRRT (travelers will not be expected to care for these patients), ventilators, RA lines, pacemaker wires, and chest tubes.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Every other weekend.

    Floating Requirements:

    • Will float to PCU, NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed. Must be willing to comply with facility float expectations. Will be given an appropriate assignment in these areas.

    Details:

    • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
