In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.

Required Credentials: Driver license required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Proctored rhythm test required. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles; candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Fast-paced, high-acuity CVICU. Service lines include cardiothoracic surgery/open heart recovery and neuro/neurosurgery. Provides ICU-level care, including ECMO. Patient population includes cardiac surgery, cardiac transplant, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmias, post cardiopulmonary arrest, and post ventricular assist device placement. Ages served: adolescent through late adult (14 - 60+).
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend-only contract. Friday, Saturday, Sunday for 36 hours or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday for 48 hours.
