    Additional Information

    Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year in a Level 1 ICU preferred; otherwise 2 years preferred experience in MICU setting.

    Unit Details: Medical ICU also cares for Neuro Critical Care patients. Expected ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 if acuity requires 1:1. Cases seen: sepsis, ESRD and AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, respiratory failure.

    Floating Requirements: Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC.
