    Clinician must complete Additional skills section of resume with detailed description of patient pops and procedures worked for each work history.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Two (2) years of Conscious Sedation experience.
    • Two (2) years of IV Insertion and Phlebotomy experience.

    Required Credentials:

    • Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program.
    • Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.
    • Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

    Special Requests:

    • All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).
    • Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • 1 hour meal break each shift.
    • Alternating weekends and holidays.
    • No call.
    • Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
