Required skills/experience: Home dialysis experience is required. Essential skill is having done home dialysis in outpatient setting. Training patients on home dialysis, maintaining patients on home dialysis. Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine. Min 1yr outpt exp req.
Shift & schedule requirements: Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8 hour days no weekends.
Floating requirements: Float as needed to St. Albans & Berlin

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request.
