Required Skills/Experience:
Two (2) years of peritoneal dialysis (PD) experience required.
Two (2) years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience required.
Two (2) years of conscious sedation experience required.

Required Credentials:
Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program.
Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.
Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).
Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Shift & Scheduling:
No call.
Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
