Additional Details:
Clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license to receive the travel rate. Driver's license is required for clinicians working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine or Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials:
- Ascension Core Competencies exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score with only 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension EKG exam required; passing score of at least 80% with only 2 attempts allowed.
- CPI certification must be an 8-hour course.
Special Requests:
- Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
- Every other weekend plus holidays.
