Additional Details:
Required Credentials:
- Ascension Cerner test-out required.
- Ascension specialty exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension EKG exam required during onboarding; passing score of at least 80%, with only 2 attempts allowed.
- Claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license to receive travel rate.
- Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
- Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Special Requests:
- Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details:
- Higher volume of behavioral health patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
