References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required skills/experience: Must have strong IV skills. Must have tech experience.
Shift & schedule requirements: Weekend- covered by on call (see call requirements), Holiday- covered by on call (see call requirements), Call- RNs take call on weekends (10 hr Saturday and Sunday and only 2 hrs M-F but self-schedule this)
