Preferred Skills/Experience: IV therapy, tube feeds, trachs, compression wraps, port access, ostomies, chest tubes, s/p catheters, lab draw, etc.
Special Requests: Travel pairs are not accepted.
Unit Details: Territory to be assigned after offer within York County. Case manage 20-25 patients with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day; may use as re-visitor if agency needs change at any time during contract. Assigned equipment includes an agency laptop and iPhone with case and chargers, mouse, nursing supply bin, nursing bag with vital signs equipment, INR machine, and agency bag. Adult med surg, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, wound care, GI, and GU patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend rotation with a day off during the week, or a permanent schedule of Tuesday-Saturday with Sunday and Monday off, or a permanent schedule of Sunday-Thursday with Friday and Saturday off, based on agency needs at time of contract. No overnight call. Call back required 2-4 times a month between the hours of 1700-2000. You will be told by 1700 on that day if an extra visit is needed. If by 1700 there is no visit scheduled, you are no longer on call.
