First-time travelers are not accepted; must have completed at least 2 13-week assignments.

Required Credentials: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing.

Special Requests: Please keep in mind when listing your start date availability, if you can start the day Monument Health is requesting, you are more likely to be selected for an interview or offer. You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit and facility. Time off requests require manager approval.

Responsibilities include chemotherapy infusion, chart checks, rooming patients, vital signs, weight, review of systems checks, and medication reconciliation. Common treatment regimens include RCHOP, FOLFOX/FOLFIRINOX, pertuzumab, trastuzumab, datopotamab-deruxtecan, carboplatin, daratumumab Faspro, blinatumomab, and talquetamab. Patient education includes chemotherapy, home care, precautions, and symptom/side effect management. Must be able to self-assign patients to keep patients on time and workload equitable for the whole team. Uses Epic Ambulatory and Omnicell.

Shift & Scheduling: No weekends. No call. No major holidays; will be scheduled to work minor holidays that the clinic is open. Shift times alternate between 0800-1630 and 0830-1700.

Floating Requirements: Will float to other clinics as needed within the Cancer Care Institute.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
