Additional Details:
An interview may not be available prior to offer. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2yr MICU with mixed experience including neuro and solid CCU.
- Must have ICU training beyond hands-on orientation to CCU, sepsis, and experience beyond COVID.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
- Community hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details:
- Adult and geriatric patient population.
- All medical, surgical, neuro, trauma, and cardiac patients meeting critical care criteria.
- ECMO, IABP, Impella, CRRT, EVD, Codman.
- Patient ratio 1:2.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekends and holidays included.
Floating Requirements:
- May float 50% (DOU/PCU, Tele, ER Hold) - Ratios up to 1:4.
- Float required to stepdown.
