    Additional Information

    Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. If previously employed at the facility, any exception must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System. Shifts can be blocked or grouped together.

    Unit Details: Uses EPIC. Common patient population includes heart failure, respiratory failure, sepsis, vented patients, GI bleeds, strokes, TPA, post-codes, pneumonia, and postsurgical patients when complications arise; no specialty surgeries. Travelers will not take CRRT. RNs titrate drips including Propofol, Levophed, Dobutamine, vasopressin, Fentanyl, Epinephrine, and Diltiazem. RNs are required to read strips; uses Spacelabs. RT equipment includes vents, high flow, and BiPAP. Charge does not take patients. CNA support is 1 per shift. Hospitalist is on site 24/7, intensivist is available via telehealth 24/7, and RT is in the ICU 24/7.

    Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as needed; try to schedule every other weekend, but travelers may be needed to fill gaps. Holidays as needed. No call.

    Floating Requirements: First to float. Will float to Tele with an attempted 1:3 ratio but may take a full assignment. May also float to Meridian and Boise ICUs.
