Additional Details:
Required Credentials:
- ASN
- Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.
Preferred Credentials:
- BSN preferred.
Unit Details:
- Works with ventilated patients for early mobility.
- Prepares equipment and aids the physician during examination and treatment of the patient.
- Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and interprets and records intracranial pressures, central venous pressures, and cardiac rhythms from cardiac monitors, respirators, ventilators, and oxygen pumps.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 5 weekend shifts within a 6-week period.
- Every other holiday.
Floating Requirements:
- Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.
