Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impellas, post-op cardiovascular surgeries, and CRRT.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience in Critical Care setting preferred but will accept new graduates. 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained. You may not concurrently work any other position or assignment while on contract at this facility. Candidates submitted must be fully available and committed to this single assignment. Travel pairs will not be considered.
Unit Details: Mixed cardiac and medical ICU caring for patients with DKA, acute respiratory failure, MIs, CABGs, and ventilator patients. Nurse/patient ratio: 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for IMCU patients in the ICU.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call.
