Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: 2 years of ICU experience excluding travel experience is most preferred
Experience with the following patient types: Complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, neuro and trauma
Experience with IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), hemodynamic lines, proning, ventilator management, telemetry, strong critical thinking and assessment skills, working well in team setting, comfortable in fast pace setting with all critical patients.
Preferred Skills / Experience: Cardiac experience: CABG/TAVR – 24 to 48 hours post op experience
Impella, IABP and CRRT
Required Credentials: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.
Comfortability working a 48hr/week contract – this is not negotiable for this unit
No RTO during Sturgis Bike Rally (first 3 weeks in August every year)
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Every other-but not guaranteed
No Call Requirement
Floating Requirement: ICU RN qualified to float to ED
Not common unless overstaffed. Could float to any adult floor – including Medsurg/Tele with 1/4 ratio.
