    Additional Information

    Claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license to receive the travel rate. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

    Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Cerner Test-Out required during onboarding.

    Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months separation from Ascension employment to be considered for a travel position.

    Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call.

    Floating Requirements: May float to like units on the same campus or to another campus within Wichita.
