    Additional Information

    Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years PCU, Med/Surg, and Tele experience required. Experience in the Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required. Must complete the Basic Dysrhythmia Test to apply.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Rural/small facility experience highly preferred.

    Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

    Special Requests: Cannot work in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment. Any/all RTO and scheduling requests must be included at time of submission; requests at or after offer will not be approved and may lead to a rescinded offer. Up to 5 days of RTO may be approved for a 13-week assignment.

    Unit Details: Small rural facility. Patient population: newborn to geriatric. RN/patient ratios: 5:1 depending on acuity; higher-acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1 for both day and night shifts.

    Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays as needed. Must work two holiday blocks, if scheduled/needed: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and weekend after. No call.
