    Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips.

    Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Blocked schedule may be considered based on unit needs. RTO must be requested upfront and is limited to 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.

    Unit Details: Nurse:patient ratios: 1:4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights; PCU-level overflow 1:3. Adult and geriatric patients. Common cases include cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, alcohol withdrawal, Covid BiPAP, occasional general surgical patients with cardiac history, medical patients with cardiac history, pneumonia, acute-on-chronic conditions, influenza, and sepsis. RNs titrate Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Nipride, Lasix, and low-dose Dopamine drips. No Levo. Uses BiPAP, trachs, Airvo, portable telemetry monitors, and in-room monitors.

    Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

    Floating Requirements: First to float. Floats to all areas as helping hands; may take full patient loads in PCU and Med Surg, with some ER holds/boarding.
