Additional Information
The description for these jobs should include: Ability to start ASAP! This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks. Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must.
Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac proficiency required. EKG comfortability required.
Special Requests: Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date. Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
Unit Details: The CVU cares for cardiology patients and includes PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemakers. Approximately 300 open heart surgery patients (18-24 hours post-op) are discharged from this unit. The unit specializes in the care of patients with congestive heart failure and electrophysiology studies. NISUS research department manages national clinical trials using CVU.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. On-call possible.
