Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: High-risk OB experience in a Level I trauma facility. Antepartum, C-section/vaginal delivery experience. Work history/resume/employment history must have recent/current Labor & Delivery experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Post Partum / mother-baby care preferred.
Required Credentials: Intermediate or Advanced EFM/AWHONN certificate accepted.
Special Requests: Any past employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another market if they currently work there or have worked there within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply. Unless the unit is closed, required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
Unit Details: Cares for high-risk OB and antepartum patients; includes C-sections and vaginal deliveries. Common drips include magnesium, insulin, and pitocin.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every 3rd weekend. No call.
- Holiday update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Floating Requirements: Required to float across all campuses, including MWH, ILH, and IMMC.
