    Additional Information

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Required Skills/Experience: PEG tube care/feedings, CVC/PICC/Midline usage and care, tracheostomy patients.

    Unit Details: Respiratory failure, post surgical, wound care, IV antibiotics, post CVA, post trauma, cardiac patients. RNs are required to titrate drips; common titratable/set rate drip: Heparin. Cares for patients using vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow; RT manages all respiratory equipment. Uses housewide tele packs; tele is monitored by the monitor tech stationed in the ICU.

    Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and to fill holes. Holiday rotation and to fill holes. Call/standby not at this time but subject to change.

    Floating Requirements: Qualified MS nurses may float to ICU. MS nurses will float to Acute Rehab from time to time.
