Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Med/surg/rehab experience preferred.
- Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Preferred Credentials:
- QIM preferred.
Unit Details:
- Adult and geriatric inpatient rehab patient population.
- Patients are age 18 and older with illnesses or injuries requiring 24-hour nursing care and stable enough to participate in therapy; includes neurological and other medical conditions with loss of function in activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, or communication.
- Nursing completes a physical assessment with vital signs on admission and twice daily.
- The interdisciplinary team includes the medical director, registered nurse, case manager, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and other disciplines as indicated.
- The IRFPAI is completed within three days of admission and again within three days of discharge. Initial admission assessment documentation may begin on the day of admission and must be completed within 48 hours of admission to the rehabilitation unit.
- Patient ratios: 1:5 days, 1:8 nights.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun.
Floating Requirements:
- Float to med/surg.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
