References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Required Credentials:
- Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
Special Requests:
- Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Variable 12-hour shifts; every other weekend and holiday.
