    An interview may not be available prior to offer.

    Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Each employment history entry on the resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity. RTO must be submitted upfront and is limited to 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.

    Unit Details: Nurse acts as charge, passes meds, and performs wound care. Patient population includes heart disease, diabetes, and dementia. Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:10 on days, 1:19 on nights. Long-term care only; no rehab beds. Uses concentrators and portable concentrators for oxygen therapy.

    Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other major holiday. No call or standby required.

    Floating Requirements: First to float.
