References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Psych LTC experience preferred.
Required Credentials:
- Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
Special Requests:
- Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
- Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details:
- Geriatric psych long-term care facility with a behavioral program.
- Elder population, including dementia; some patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and paranoia.
- Med aide support from 6-10. 1 nurse from 10-6.
- Most skilled charting and COVID charting is done on the day shift.
- Overnight – appx. 1:45; Day – appx. 1:23.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
- 12 hour block scheduling.
- Holiday coverage if it falls within your block schedule while on contract.
- No on-call or call back.
