Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Psych LTC experience preferred.

Required Credentials:

• Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests:

• Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
• Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details:

• Geriatric psych long-term care facility with a behavioral program.
• Elder population, including dementia; some patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and paranoia.
• Med aide support from 6-10. 1 nurse from 10-6.
• Most skilled charting and COVID charting is done on the day shift.
• Overnight – appx. 1:45; Day – appx. 1:23.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
• 12 hour block scheduling.
• Holiday coverage if it falls within your block schedule while on contract.
• No on-call or call back.
