Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials:
- Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
- Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
Unit Details:
- Direct patient care, implement care plans, and coordinate discharge needs.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Special Requests:
- Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position.
