Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with 1:6 ratios required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Continuous bladder irrigation preferred.
Required Credentials: BLS and ACLS must not expire within 30 days of start. Open book EKG test required at orientation.
Special Requests: Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios. No first-time travelers or local travelers.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Unit cares for patients with infectious disease, hospice/palliative care, oncology, cardiac acute/medical care, post-surgical, bariatric, urology, neurology, and orthopedic needs. LPN + RN team ratio 2:8. Solo RN ratio 1:5-6.
Shift & Scheduling: 12 weekend shifts per contract. Every other weekend. Push back call requirement.
Floating Requirements: Required to float to sister facility TMC Rincon, approximately 25 minutes away, lower acuity.
