Additional Details:
Required skills/experience: 2 years current strong Med Surg or ICU experience and Transplant experience.
Preferred skills/experience: Experience with heart transplant coordination. Transplant experience.
Shift & schedule requirements: 3 days per week- The days of the week are flexible; nurse will be on site, in person, and will attend clinics. M-F; 8-4:30.
Unit and facility details: The Transplant Nurse Coordinator prepares patients for transplantation through arranging and monitoring required testing, providing education and ensuring that internal and external activities are coordinated.
