Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience working in a larger hospital (250 beds minimum), level 2 or higher trauma center. Must have recent travel experience (showing completed, not in first travel currently).
Preferred Skills/Experience: Travel experience within the last year preferred.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Previous Sanford Health employment requires an end date 6 months prior to submission. Cannot take travelers living within 60 miles of the facility.
Unit Details: General med-surg patients. Uses AccuDose, Bladder Scanner, Phillips monitors, and telemetry. Nurse to patient ratio: 5:1 day shift and 6:1 night shift.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.
Floating Requirements: Home unit is 2W, but can float to any med-surg unit on any campus in Fargo as needed.
