Unit Details: Neuro Med/Surg unit on 4th floor. Team nursing approach with techs on the unit and unit secretary support on day shift; unit strives to have a free charge nurse. Shift & Scheduling: Must work 4 weekend shifts every 4-week scheduling period. Holidays in rotation with hospital employees. Floating Requirements: Required to float to like units as needs dictate.
