Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience.
- Charge RN experience required.
Special Requests:
- Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
- Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need.
- Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
- All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after offer. Requests after offer may lead to a rescinded offer.
- May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse.
Unit/Facility Details:
- This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend. Holidays required if needed.
- Call required.
Floating Requirements:
- May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice.
