Additional Information
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Years of experience REQ: 1YR, Must be current. Infection Prevention experience required - will be working independently. Will consider House Supervisor but must have Infection Prevention experience.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Role does not need to be an RN; degree in Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology, or related health science field accepted.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. Travel pairs will not be considered.
Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. No call.
