    Additional Information

    Additional Details:

    An interview may not be given prior to an offer being made.

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • 3 years experience in Level IV NICU.
    • Vent management, trach management, telemetry, pulmonary artery lines, umbilical/central line management, and chest tube management.
    • UVC and UAC experience.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Teaching hospital experience preferred.

    Required Credentials:

    • If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply.

    Special Requests:

    • All RTO must be submitted at time of offer. RTO submitted after contract signing will not be considered.

    Unit Details:

    • Neonate and infant patient population.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • 12hr rotating day/night variable shifts. Straight days will not be accommodated.
    • Days 07:00-19:30 or nights 19:00-07:30.

    Floating Requirements:

    • Must be competent floating to PICU and CICU; may also float to Newborn Nursery and other UCSF facilities.

    Details:

    • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
