Required skills/experience: Hem/onc exp required. Must have experience w hematology care and coordinating care. Does not need experience with coordinator role if 4-5 years of experience in HemOnc. Heavy triage experience required. Will be getting authorization for PET scans, responding to patients questions, med renewals, FMLA paperwork (admin side).
Required credentials: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
Shift & schedule requirements: 2-8s and 2-12s with every other weekend required.
Unit and facility details: Outpatient hematology/oncology clinic.
