Required Skills / Experience: EPIC experience must be noted on submission.
2+years Current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion
Peripheral IV Insertion experience
Port/Fistula/Catheter experience
Required Credentials: As of 1/1/2024 - All new and returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - https://www.welletraining.com (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) or CPI - https://www.crisisprevention.com or PMCS - https://omh.ny.gov/omhweb/dqm/restraint-seclusion/pmcs.pdf
Special Requests: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: 8-4pm, 8:30-4:30pm, 9-5pm; Hours vary between these time frames
No Weekend or Call Requirement
