    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Open heart experience required.

    Special Requests:

    • Local candidates are not considered; 50-mile radius restriction.

    Unit Details:

    • Assesses patients before and during surgical procedures, develops and implements intraoperative care plans, supervises room activity, assembles equipment and supplies, assists anesthesia as needed, and monitors the sterile field.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Every third weekend.
    • On-call 1-2 nights per week.
    • Flexible contract hours: 40 per week.

    Floating Requirements:

    • Floated to Midland's General OR when caseload is low or there are no CVOR cases, and to cover turnover, breaks, and opening rooms.
