Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- One (1) year experience as a circulating nurse in the OR, or completion of approved didactic pre-operative nursing class.
- Two (2) years experience in ICU/PCU and/or a medical/surgical acute care setting.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- ICU experience preferred.
- Scrubbing experience preferred.
Special Requests:
- Current or previous employees may be considered as a one-off exception, but a written request is required to apply.
Unit Details:
- Provides cardiac care to surgical and procedural sedation patients.
- Patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients.
- Cares for patients going home the same day or being admitted to the hospital.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Varied day shifts with rotating weekends.
- Holidays as required.
