    Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Block scheduling is generally not approved; weekends-only requests may be considered. Travel pairs requesting the same schedule or sharing a car are not accepted. Requested time off must be submitted upfront and is limited to 7 or less days per 13 week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved after submission.

    Unit Details: 24/7 phlebotomy. Common patient population includes total knee replacements, total hip replacements, ankle replacements, total shoulders, and spine cases involving back and neck. No titratable drips; common drips include pain medications, antibiotics, and blood. Nurse aides/patient care techs are available at 1:13. Tele boxes are used; tele techs read and interpret strips.

    Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling with cyclic rotation. Every other weekend. Holidays rotate with permanent staff. If placed on call and called back in, must arrive within 30 minutes.

    Floating Requirements: May float to MedSurg, rehab, or PCU taking MedSurg acuity.
