Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.
You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility."
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of exp in PACU setting Will not accept a first time traveler Experience with ICU holds – vent management/critical care drips
Required Credentials: Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date
Preferred Credentials: Charting with Cerner or EPIC
Unit/Facility Details: Elective cases are done during weekdays Monday-Friday and Saturday Sunday tend to be emergent and all other necessary procedures Pre-op experience – will likely start their shift in pre-op and move to PACU once all patients are prepped for surgery, or they could strictly work pre-op some shifts
Special Requests: Travel Pairs: If you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs.
