Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Needs to have multi skill capacity to be able to provide couplet care for mom and baby postpartum.
Required Credentials:
- CO CAPS clearance.
- Nursys
Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios.
Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend rotation and, holiday rotation required per dept guidelines.
Floating Requirements: Based at NCMC, regional contract so one could float to BFCMC if needed.

Postpartum nurse responsibilities include checking vital signs, managing and removing urinary catheters, administering medications, and checking wounds (if a C-section was performed).
