Wellfound requires that a MOAB or CPI certification be obtained by all travelers. MOAB is not offered on site, so you would need to have this prior to start, or the CPI can be done online through Calm Every Storm and the hands-on portion can be done after you start.
You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
Modified Charge prn required: facility will explain duties - Charge experience NOT required
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum experience: 2 years with at least 1 of those being recent inpatient psych.
- Skills required: blood draws (mandatory), medication passes, psych de-escalation techniques (security on site does NOT lead codes - all staff are trained in MOAB and lead all codes themselves), run groups, documentation, EPIC proficiency required, seclusion and restraint experience preferred (they do not use mechanical restraints), ability to act as Charge as needed (experience NOT required)
Required Credentials: MOAB or CPI, NURSYS
Special Requests: No recurrent days off.
Shift & scheduling: 0700 start time + Charge prn
