Each employment history entry on the resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level if applicable, patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility.
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Sedation experience required.
Required Credentials:
- Pass/fail exam on Friday during orientation; open book on skills learned with all necessary resources provided; must score 90% to pass.
- You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
Special Requests:
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
- Cannot currently be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity.
- 50-mile radius rule applies.
- Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Shift & Scheduling:
- On-call 10-14 days per month.
