Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Patients participate in 3 hours of therapy daily, combination of PT, OT, & SLP (depending in rehab diagnosis). Patient population includes stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, pulmonary conditions, amputations of the lower extremity, and multi-trauma.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: Yes, every other. Call required: depending on patient census. RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days.
Floating Requirements: Possible float to MS and ortho.
