Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 plus yrs of current LTACH experience required.
• MS/Tele or ICU experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Community hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12).
• Every other weekend required.

Special Requests:

• Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit.
• Must reside at least 75 miles from facility; locals not accepted.
• Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of an offer.
• Cannot apply to more than one job at a time.
