    Additional Details:

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    You must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12).

    Travel Pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit.

    Required skills/experience: 2 plus yrs of current LTACH experience required. MS/ TELE or ICU experience. Medications, Antiarrhythmics, Anticoagulation therapy, Antihypertensives, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytic Agents, Titration of Insulin drips, Respiratory/Thoracic, ARDS, Chest Tubes, COVID, Pneumonia, Pulmonary embolism, Pulmonary hypertension, Tracheostomy care/management, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, IV therapy, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC Lines management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Genitourinary/Renal, AV-Shunt/Fistula care, Bladder retraining, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Foley catheter insertion female, Foley catheter insertion male, Nephrostomy Tube, Endocrine/Metabolic, Blood glucose monitoring, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, IV insulin protocols, Cardiovascular, CHF, Post MI, Professional Topics and Skills, Complex Wound Care, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Neurological/Psychiatric, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Neuromuscular disease, Spinal cord injury, Stroke scale assessment, Traumatic Brain injury, Gastrointestinal, GI bleed, Liver failure, NG tube insertion/ management, Ostomy care, Pancreatitis, Tube feedings-Gravity/Syringe/Pump, Musculoskeletal, Hoyer lift, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Work Settings, LTAC: ICU, LTAC: MS, LTAC: MS/Tele, LTAC: PCU.

    Preferred skills/experience: Community Hospital Experience. Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Modes of Ventilation (CV, CMV, A/C, SIMV, PS, PC, IRV +/- PEEP), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Vent training for home, Arterial line management, Femoral popliteal bypass

    Required credentials: Driver's license is required in all submission packets.

    Shift & schedule requirements: Every other weekend required. ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two week pay period unless notated otherwise on job order.
