Additional Details:
Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Coverage/Rotation (i.e. every other, every 3rd): every other
• Holiday Coverage/Rotation: every other
• No on call or call back available
• Work week: Sunday through Saturday
