Shift & Scheduling:
- Every 3rd weekend.
Required Credentials: They must have Quality Indicator credentialing within three months of employment date.
Unit Details: CARF accredited inpatient rehab unit, works closely with interdisciplinary team to promote patient’s recovery. Works with patients of all diagnosis, but primarily those with neurological diagnosis (stroke, brain injury, spinal cord dysfunction), other diagnosis includes those surviving amputations, debility from medical conditions, orthopedic fractures, and or major multiple traumas. Patients are seen for a combination of therapy services for a minimum of 3 hours daily. The unit is a small 10 bed unit that provides services to our community accepting patients from our own acute care hospital, but also surrounding hospitals as well.
